To be fair, the customer service here is great. Always friendly and helpful. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the phone service at my house is awful. I will be leaving CSpire because of this.
Always seems to be a 20 min. wait. The last time I met a new staff member (Richard ) who was more helpful to me than anyone in Indianola or Ridgeland. They always have great deals for new customers, but people who have been loyal for 25+ years get to pay full price to make up for what they give to newcomers.
