Although acted very professional
We sat in a long line in the drive thru for more than 5 minutes only to be told that they only had chocolate Frosty and no vanilla. Thanks, Wendy's.
( And yes I am a black man with short nappy hair )
Food is fresh, special requests usually correct and handled very well. Staff is friendly and professional. Have orders ready in a timely manner.
I'm really not a fan of the new fries. Also, there are never fresh when I go. I always have to ask for a redo.
Wet floor signs everywhere --good male tall cashier - with very long nappy unruly hair with hat cocked sideways -- looked unprofessional
The food was great, that's just Wendy's however, the service was terrible. Our host, Chelsa had a very nasty attitude. She was rude and not very efficient. I ordered a kids meal with apple slices. Upon informing me that they were out she stated that there would be fries instead. She then, instead of placing a fry in the bag, walked away and left me standing holding a bag, never informing anyone else that fries were needed. Then once I asked someone else, she very rudely stated that because they were out of apple slices, they received fries instead. It wasn't what she said, but how it was said. I'm a stickler for customer service and this place sucks. This is my first and very last time ever spending time, money, energy or effort at this location.
