My daughter and 7 yr old grandson attempted to stay there while is Yazoo for a family visit. She called me (we r from South bend Indiana) so upset. She did not feel safe there. The room was beyond nasty..dirty pillows...dirty floors...hallway smelled like Marijuana. She inquired about a refund to a manager (said she was a manager...walking around in socks wiyh no name tag) to go somewhere else and was refused. She called the police...they were of zero help. She left and went to the Hampton. We will definitely be in contact with a corporate office to get a resolution. This is NO way to treat customers. Shame on Choice Hotels
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They recently did a few updates to the rooms with fresh paint and removal of carpet.
Room was as expected. Bed was great except for the cigarette burn on my blanket. Was in a non smoking room. Halls were really hot, but was easily able to get my room to a comfortable level. If not for the burn and hot halls this would be a 5 star.

Got put up here by a bride. Worst experience at a hotel ever. The sign said no smoking, but it smelled like smoke in the lobby. The beds were hard as just box springs. The pillows were uncomfortable. The turn off the air button was broken. The outlet for the hair dryer was broken. I found and killed a cockroach in the bathroom. They didn't have a mini conditioner bottle. Don't stay here unless you absolutely have to.
